Beautiful building and rooms with 3 beds. Central heating, an individual safe, and multi-channel television in the room. Location - excellent, just next door to Taksim Square and the Havas Bus stop, and Taksim square and Istiklal street.

The warm welcome from the staff, especially Turkay's early room arrangement, and the convenient location near Taksim Square made my stay nice. Breakfast variety was pleasant, enhancing my experience.

My experience was dampened by several issues. The breakfast team was not accommodating, often leading to disappointment with limited food options even during breakfast hours. I faced repeated struggles with room key activation, which required multiple visits to the front desk, causing unnecessary frustration.

Staff were super chill and really helpful, especially Yakub at reception who sorted my early check-in-lekker! The location is just tops, walking distance to Taksim and all the food stalls. The brekkie had some nice Turkish treats that got my day started right!

Only thing was the TV was a bit of a flop, wasn't working at all, but honestly, who watches TV in Istanbul?

The staff were real helpful and attentive. Just found the breakfast selection limited and the room a tad basic, but sweet overall.

It's so close to taksim and everything is within walking distance. The staff were really good too help us, even letting us store our luggage after checkout. I loved the complimentary coffee and treats in the lobby. Don't miss the special turkish baths that blend history and relaxation.

I stayed in a Beautiful Triple Room for 3 nights and it was super comfortable. The beds were cozy, and I loved the Egyptian cotton linens. The decor was modern and stylish, exactly like the photos. The only downside was the TV didn't work, but honestly, I was too busy enjoying the city to care. The daily housekeeping kept things feeling fresh, too.

It was just a well-suited match for a weekend escape in Istanbul with very good value for money. They were accommodating when I needed help storing my luggage before check-in, made things easier. Try to clarify your taxi arrangements in advance.

Amazing place with amenities like 24-hour reception, luggage storage, and a steam room. I remember how the staff helped me find my lost jewel on my first stay. I recommend asking for breakfast replenishments if you want more options.
